Technical Project Manager

We are Myth. We design and develop digital products for a wide range of exciting clients, both locally and internationally. We are currently seeking a driven and knowledgeable Technical Project Manager to become an integral part of our expanding team.

What you'll do

• Oversee and ensure the timely delivery of custom software, mobile and web development projects in line with established milestones.
• Develop comprehensive technical briefs, outline sprint plans, and allocate tasks for a diverse team of designers and developers.
• Implement and refine Agile methodologies to optimise project management processes in response to company growth and evolving team needs.
• Maintain consistent and transparent client communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle, with the support of the management team.
• Actively foster a company culture that emphasises quality, honesty, robustness, and knowledge.

What you'll need

• At least two years of experience in managing software and/or mobile application development projects.
  
• Proficiency in Agile project management methodologies.
  
• Exceptional organisational skills and the capacity to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Demonstrated experience in working directly with clients, translating technical information to non-technical teams, and vice versa.
• A solid understanding of current industry tools and the adaptability to embrace and implement new processes.
