Changing the AV Industry with a new proposal and management tool.

Specifi is the AV industry's most professional, yet simple project management and proposal tool. We worked with the Specifi in-house development team to redesign the platform and develop a range of new features to help improve the product for market.

Specifi had the foundation of their installer product already developed but approached Myth to redesign the entire UI and develop a bunch of new features, including an entire CRM, a task management tool for installers, a fully functional calendar with integrations for Google and Office365, a holiday system for installers to manage staff, a service booking system for staff and customers and a brand new web app for customer users which includes project management, paying invoices online, booking service call-outs and maintenance and a bunch of things in between.

We researched, strategised, designed and developed the new Specifi features and portals, working alongside their internal development team to ensure the project was tested, deployed and launched successfully.
